춤꾼 홍민진, 나는 2019 JIEAF 축제의 대단원을 커다란 감동으로 마무리한 그의 이 퍼포먼스에 무한한 박수를 칠 수밖에 없어요.

기온이 겨울처럼 내려갔던 제주 중산간 10월의 밤, 더구나 차디찬 비까지 흩뿌리던 그 깜깜한 밤에 랜턴의 빛 하나 따라가며 포착한 이 피날레를 나는 오랫동안 잊지 않을 겁니다.

​Yes what a wonderful ending to the festival. I only sang for 10 minutes but it was my best singing at the festival, I was inspired and that rarest of things for me - I was pleased with my performance. Minjin Hong 3 hour performance was of such beauty, intensity and power. The finesse and control was truly moving.

옳아! 축제의 결말을 멋있게 장식했어. 내가 부른 노래는 단지 10분 동안이었지만, 그 건 축제에서 내가 한 최고의 노래였다고 나는 생각해. 나에게는 드문 경험이면서 깊은 영감을 받았기에, 나는 내가 한 노래에 대만족이었어. 3시간에 걸친 민진의 공연에는 아름다움이라고 표현해야 할 강렬한 힘이 흐르고 있었고, 엄격한 자기호흡으로 만들어내는 몸짓언어는 참으로 감동적이었어.
