천사대교 개통과 섬의 날 지정 후 국제 규모의 첫 축제로서 선조(문순득)님의 신통력이 대단함을 느낍니다.

섬과 바다를 주제로 축제를 벌여 200여 년 전 선조 文順得이 표류했던 섬나라들은 물론 범 아시아로 시야를 넓혀 다양한 나라의 바다사람들과 교류해 나갈 길닦이 페스티벌입니다.

아름다운 자은의 분계해수욕장을 배경으로 바다문화를 잔뜩 퍼 올려 꽃피우는 만선의 축제, ‘新安文順得国际艺术节’의 무궁한 발전으로 동아시아 해양문화의 같음과 다름을 느끼고 이해하면서, 평화를 화두로 미래 향한 바닷길을 열어갑시다.

The festival is held under the theme of the island and sea, and it is a festival to expand its horizons to pan-Asian countries as well as island countries where Moon Soon-deuk drifted more than 200 years ago to interacting with the sea people of various countries.

With the backdrop of the beautiful Bungye Beach, let's open the sea path toward the future with the endless development of the "Sinan Moon Soon-deuk International Festival," a festival of full-blown sea culture, feeling and understanding the same and different from the East Asian maritime culture.
